SHIPPING & DELIVERY

You are required to pay for shipping and supplies. Fedex Overnight or 2 day shipping only. Shipping days are Monday and Wednesday. Orders must be placed by 12pm pst to be shipped out the same day. Orders placed after this time will be scheduled for the next shipping day. The spood will be shipped in an insulated and ventilated approved for live animal box with heat or cold pack, if required. When purchasing your spider, the shipping price will be a $15 deposit towards your total shipping cost.  Once it is purchased, you will be sent an invoice with the remaining amount of your shipping total. Please be aware that overnight shipping costs can range from $50 to $90.

REFUND OR REPLACEMENT

I recommend overnight shipping for the safety of your spood. If your spider is DOA with overnight shipping, please send a photo within 2 hours of arrival for refund or replacement. 
If you picked 2 day shipping, I will replace the spider but you must pay for shipping.
